How to make glitter water/liquid that stays glittery throughout instead of the glitter settling at the bottom?
I have floating red and white striped candles that I would like to put in a fish bowl type container for decoration.
I would like to add glitter to the water or liquid, but instead of having it settle at the bottom, I would like it to stay throughout the mixture.
Is this possible? Can I buy something kind of like this that is premade or does anyone know how I could do this?

If you know the specific gravity of the glitter, you can make a solution of the same specific gravity to suspend the glitter in. http://serc.carleton.edu/mathyouneed/densityexpl.html
Or you can just wing it by mixing saturated salt water and tap water till you come up with the right density.
