How do I get candle wax off of a pillow case?
Yesterday, candle wax dripped all over my new pillowcase, and I have no clue how to get it off. My mom told me that it’s pretty much ruined, but I’m still holding on to hope that there’s some way to get it off. By the way, it’s Egyptian cotton, if that helps. Is there any way to get it off? HELP!
Try using paper towel and a hot iron. Place the paper towel on the pillow case where the wax is. Put the hot iron on the paper towel. It will melt the wax again onto the paper towel. Keep moving the paper towel to a clean area until the wax has been completely lifted. Hopefully this will work effectively. I’ve done this with purple wax that was on ivory carpeting and it did wonders.
